Shipping policy
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days
- International Delivery: 14-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at chphillipsholdings@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at chphillipsholdings@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
8. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chphillipsholdings@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
