Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at chphillipsholdings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 14 days of delivery at chphillipsholdings@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
